The Plastics Clinic is proud to have a highly trained team of professionals who share a passion for producing radiant results for our patients in South Jordan, UT. Our nurses and aestheticians are experts in handling advanced technologies, such as the Alma Soprano® ICE, Hybrid™, Sculptra®, and HydraFacial®. Mindee Chidester

Our talented and compassionate chief of all things, Mindee, has been in the beauty and aesthetic industries for more than 21 years working as a cosmetologist and in medical spas as a basic aesthetician. In addition to managing the operations of the South Jordan, UT office, Mindee has been a bookkeeper for more than 20 years and also does all the finances. She is the mother of three wonderful children.

Mindee is Dr. Jerry Chidester’s wife, and the two make an unparalleled team.

Jeiseang Lieu

A graduate of the University of Utah with a bachelor’s in strategic communications, Jeiseang is our office manager and oversees marketing and social media. She is also a licensed aesthetician with six years of experience in the medical industry. Jeiseang ensures our patients have a great experience and that the office runs smoothly. She is amazing at making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and happy.

Megumi Hite

With more than a decade of surgical experience, Meg is a physician associate at The Plastics Clinic. After graduate school, Meg completed her fellowship in surgical critical care at Winthrop University Hospital and subsequently began her career there in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiothoracic intensive care unit. Later, she joined the cardiac electrophysiology department at NYU Langone Hospital where she practiced until she transitioned into plastic surgery.

Shannon Ford

Shannon graduated from the Weber State University School of Nursing in 2011. For six years, she then worked in shock trauma ICU before finding her way into aesthetics to perform cosmetic injections. As soon as she started, she knew she found her life passion. She loves that injection nursing uses both her nursing knowledge and the creative aesthetic portion. Shannon loves the emotional transformation that occurs when a patient gets a boost of confidence with their treatment. She says she honestly feels that she has the best patients and looks forward to working every day.

Katie Spencer

Katie is a former collegiate lacrosse player, coach, and ICU nurse. After graduating from nursing school at Westminster College, she worked in the burn trauma ICU for four years. From her time as a student-athlete, she developed an interest in health and nutrition and the amazing effects the right foods have on your body. Katie decided to pursue her passion in 2020 and become a certified nutrition coach. Since starting at The Plastics Clinic, she has loved combining her medical and nutritional knowledge to help patients achieve the best version of themselves.

Paula Sylvester

Paula has been a licensed master aesthetician for more than 15 years with many of these years in management. Her favorite aspect of this industry has been the opportunity to make lifelong friends and help people feel comfortable and confident in their skin. She is currently working toward a business degree. If she is not at work, you can find her hiking, baking, or hanging with her kids and grandson.

Kennadie Skinner

A licensed master aesthetician, Kennadie graduated from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA) in 2020. Her favorite treatment to perform is microneedling complemented with a chemical peel. She also assists Shannon with injections.

Anjuli Theler

Born and raised in Utah, Anjuli received her master aesthetician license from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA) in 2019. Anjuli is passionate about the aesthetic and beauty industries and always finds opportunities to continue her education and keeps apprised of the latest technologies. As an aesthetician, Anjuli helps aesthetic clients feel beautiful and confident.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Brenley Goodrich

Brenley started working at The Plastics Clinic in May 2021. She became a master aesthetician in 2018 and loves it. She is originally from Arizona and has acclimated to the cold so now she can’t ever move back to the heat. She got married in 2020 mid-pandemic, and it’s the BEST choice she ever made! They welcomed their first perfect little baby boy in May 2022 and feel it’s been the greatest experience. She is always up for a soda, loves spicy food, and enjoys just hanging out with her little family. She loves working at The Plastics Clinic at the front desk, in the spa, or anywhere her co-workers are!

Callie Jungemann

Callie was born and raised here in Utah, graduating with a degree in communications from Westminster College. After working in professional and collegiate sports in Arizona, she returned home to pursue her passion for medical aesthetics and graduated from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA) in 2021. Her favorite treatment to perform on clients and have done on herself is microneedling.
