What is an Arm Lift?
An arm lift, or brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the upper arms to create a more defined and proportionate contour. Over time (or after major weight loss), the skin in this area can become loose or stretched, making the arms appear heavier or less toned than they actually are. Arm lift surgery addresses this concern by surgically tightening the underlying tissues and trimming away the sagging skin, often with the option to include liposuction for further refinement.
