A year ago I had a breast lift and reduction with liposuction and 6 months ago, I had an extended tummy tuck with liposuction. I just had my 3 month checkup after having a Mommy takeover and I am so happy with my results. I was so self-conscious about my muffin top and the loose skin on my stomach. I worked out almost everyday trying to get my flat stomach back that I had before I had my kids. I tried all of the physical therapy to help with my diastasis but it wasn't working and I was getting frustrated.
